As a Certified MMA Conditioning Coach I use individualized programming to train and strengthen positions that are needed in a fight. After assessing your strengths and weaknesses I use a systematic approach to correct muscular imbalances to build a strong foundation from which to increase lean muscle mass, stamina and cardiovascular fitness, improve total body strength, increase core strength, mobility, stability, hand-eye coordination, and decrease body fat %, which leads to improved performance.
