Training for 1 hour a day still leaves you with 161 hours a week outside of the gym and how you spend that time can help you optimize each training session. I help you find clarity about the "WHY" you keep falling into the same negative patterns to eliminate the beliefs that are holding you back with strategies that are proven to work.
