
Fitness Bootcamps
My fitness bootcamps deliver a team environment, which is perfect for building camaraderie. Each 6 week program provides you with a chance to increase your strength, change body composition, and increase your cardiovascular fitness. We will be using Animal Flow, and the latest Metabolic Conditioning and MMA Conditioning techniques to get you to your goals.
The bootcamps provide a cost efficient chance for one-on-one coaching within a team environment and builds the accountability to help you keep on track.
All sessions are hosted virtually via Zoom until further notice.

Combat Ready Conditioning is designed to get you into the best shape of your life. If you are in shape and need an extra push, this program is designed for intermediates to top level athletes. This 6 week program burns fat, builds muscle, improves coordination, and allows you to become more athletic.
You will see improved cardiovascular fitness, strength gains, improved performance and muscle growth.
If you are looking to take your conditioning to the next level, this is the program for you.
INTRO TO ANIMAL FLOW

Intro to Animal Flow has visual similarities to practices such as yoga and capoeira although the specific elements are taught and applied much differently. It emphasizes underlying concepts including kinetic chains; integrated, functional movement; and the biomechanics of quadrupedal exercises.
Animal Flow encourages Improved mobility, stability, strength, coordination, and cardio conditioning.
This 6 week program is a fun way to get in shape.
HIIT BODY BURNER

The HIIT Body Burner is a 6 week program that offers a full body workout that is built to increase your stamina and cardiovascular fitness. This program is designed for fitness enthusiasts of all levels, from beginners to the top athletes. I use the latest Metabolic Conditioning, and Speed and Agility techniques to improve total body strength, strengthen your core and decrease your body fat percentage.
